Before updating Bysoft7 to version 8.7.0 or higher, a new license manager (LMU version 2.53) must be installed. On the server, also the “Sentinel RMS License Manager” must be updated. Please follow short instructions below. For additional information, please contact your local support.
- Uninstall LMU on all clients and on server
- If a restart is prompted, please do so
- This has no influence on the already installed licenses
- Uninstall «Sentinel RMS License manager» on the server (if not automatically done by removing LMU)
- If a restart is prompted, please do so
- Install new version of LMU on server with activated server option
- Install new version of LMU on the clients with disabled server option
