Apple Pay is an easy and secure way to pay in stores, restaurants, vending machines, in apps and on the web. Use Apple Pay to make purchases in all kinds of apps on your iPhone or Apple Watch. Pay for a ride, a pizza delivery, or a new pair of sneakers — with just a touch or a glance. You can also use Apple Pay in Safari and in apps on an iPad, just like on a Mac. To add a card on an iPad, do this: Open Settings. Tap “Wallet & Apple Pay.”. Tap “Add Card.”.
Getting Started
To accept donations with Apple Pay, your organization will need the following:
- Approval to accept donations with Apple Pay
- Apple Pay implemented in your app or website
Setup
Implementing Apple Pay to accept donations is similar to implementing Apple Pay to sell goods and services within your app or website. The account configuration, implementation process, and review guidelines are the same. The only additional steps are to get your nonprofit organization approved to accept donations with Apple Pay and to use the 'Donate with Apple Pay' button.
Submitting for Approval
To register your nonprofit organization for Apple Pay, visit Benevity.org. You’ll be asked to provide basic information about your organization as well as your Apple Developer Team ID, which you can find in the Membership section of your developer account. Once approved, you’ll be notified by Apple and you’ll be able to submit your app to the App Store for review or publish your website.

iPhone
1. In your Wells Fargo Mobile app, tap Menu in the bottom bar, select Cards, then tap Digital Wallet.
2. All eligible Digital Wallets will display. Tap Apple Pay.
3. All eligible cards will display. Tap the Add to Apple Wallet button next to the card you want to add. Follow any additional instructions to verify and activate your card. Your card is now ready for use with Apple Pay.
Apple Watch®
1. Open the Watch app on your iPhone and tap Wallet & Apple Pay, then tap Add Credit or Debit Card.
2. To automatically enter your card information, position your card in the camera frame, or manually enter your card details. Then enter your card’s security code and read and accept the terms and conditions.
3. Provide all additional information to verify and activate your card. Your card is now ready for use with Apple Pay on your Apple Watch.
Pay Securely
Apple Pay replaces your actual card number with a unique digital card number. This means businesses do not see or store your full card number.
Easy to Use
Confirm your identity (using Face ID® or Touch ID®) on your device, and tap to pay at any business that displays the Contactless Symbol, as well as online and in apps.
